PRIVACY / EFFECTIVE JULY 24, 2026

Privacy, in clear terms.

This policy explains what information Carbide Digital receives through carbidedigital.io — including the inquiry form, our email delivery and optional analytics — and how it is used. Questions can be sent to team@carbidedigital.io.

01

Information you provide

If you email Carbide or submit the inquiry form, we receive your name, work email, company or dealership, website, the industry and review priorities you select, and any message you write. The form also records which page you submitted from. Please do not submit confidential customer data, passwords or regulated information through the form.

This information is used to evaluate and respond to your request, communicate about a potential engagement and keep necessary business records.

02

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site or submit the form, our hosting provider and the form endpoint receive standard technical information, including your IP address, the approximate country associated with it, device and browser type, the referring page and the pages you request.

Your IP address is used to apply rate limiting and, when the bot challenge is enabled, to verify the security check; it is not stored in the inquiry notification we receive or used to build an advertising profile. The approximate country associated with it is included in that notification so we can identify abuse.

03

Cookies, bot protection and analytics

The website itself sets no advertising cookies. If the site owner enables Google Analytics, it sets first-party analytics cookies and measures usage with IP anonymization; this policy and an appropriate consent notice will be updated before analytics is turned on.

When the bot challenge is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may store a short-lived token in your browser to confirm you are not an automated bot. You can manage or clear cookies through your browser settings.

04

Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of processors to run the site and respond to inquiries: Cloudflare (website hosting, network security and the Turnstile bot challenge), Resend (delivery of inquiry emails to our team), and, only if enabled by the site owner, Google Analytics (IP-anonymized site measurement).

Each provider processes information only to perform its function, under its own terms and privacy commitments. Inquiry messages are transmitted and stored through these providers as part of delivering your message to us.

05

Sharing and retention

Carbide does not sell or rent your information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information is disclosed only to the service providers above as needed to operate the site and respond to you, or where required by law.

Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, along with business administration, security and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

06

Your rights and choices

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the personal information you submitted by emailing team@carbidedigital.io. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Where we process inquiry information, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to and evaluating your request.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and you will not be treated differently for exercising your rights. You can also limit optional analytics through your browser or any consent controls provided when analytics is enabled.

07

Children

The site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact team@carbidedigital.io and we will delete it.

08

Security and changes

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

This policy may be updated as the site, tools or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
