EDITORIAL STANDARDS / ACCURACY / USEFULNESS

Standards for work worth using.

Carbide publishes organization-authored analysis about car dealer marketing, dealership SEO, AI search and marketing technology. These standards define how that work is researched, reviewed, sourced and maintained.

01

Original value first

Every article should answer a real operator or buyer question and add a useful distinction, framework, checklist or point of view. We do not publish pages only to repeat a keyword variation or increase page count.

Automotive examples are written around the technical and operating realities of dealership websites, inventory, departments, vendors and customer journeys. Proprietary client processes and confidential information are not published.

02

Research and source selection

Technical and platform claims are checked against primary sources when available, including official search-engine documentation, standards bodies and first-party platform guidance. Sources are linked on articles where they materially support the analysis.

We distinguish observed facts from recommendations and avoid presenting an inference as a documented rule. Statistics are used only when the original source, date and relevant context can be identified.

03

Human review and AI assistance

AI tools may support research organization, outlining, editing or quality checks. Carbide remains accountable for the published result and reviews the page for accuracy, originality, structure, unsupported claims and usefulness before publication.

Generated text is not treated as a source. Claims that can change are checked against current documentation, and organization-authored judgment is labeled through the surrounding context rather than disguised as external consensus.

04

Updates and corrections

Articles display publication and update dates. Material changes to search guidance, platform behavior or an article's conclusion trigger a review and updated date.

If a factual error is identified, Carbide corrects it promptly. Readers can send corrections or source questions to team@carbidedigital.io.

05

Commercial independence

Service pages explain what Carbide offers; editorial pages are written to be independently useful. We do not publish fabricated reviews, performance claims, client outcomes or awards.

Potential clients should evaluate recommendations in the context of their own platform, market, data and implementation constraints. An article does not replace a site-specific audit.
